    Description:

      • Play a key role in the execution of consulting projects for financial institutions and corporate clients looking for investment opportunities 
      • Complete primary and secondary research, summarize research findings, and draft deliverables under the guidance of a team leader 
      • Contribute forward-thinking ideas to research methodology—including the application of AI tools to accelerate information synthesis and insight generation—and demonstrate resourcefulness
      • Work with high efficiency and ownership
      • Learn from peers in a team-based structure refreshed for each project
      • Participate in client calls and meetings, and deliver research findings
      • Contribute to the preparation of consulting project proposals

    Requirements:

      • Four-year university degree from a top university, both undergraduate and postgraduate, any major
      • Fresh graduate or entry-level candidates with work experience of no more than 3 years Fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese 
      • Eagerness to learn about business and finance
      • Interest in investment research and analysis Intellectual curiosity and an aptitude for critical thinking
      • Business sense, data sensitivity, and strong analytical skills
      • Willing to take on challenges under pressure, self-motivated
      • Diligence and a strong sense of leadership
      • Teamwork ability and good interpersonal skills
      • Proficient in Microsoft Office esp. Excel, PowerPoint
