    Description:

      • Play a key role in the execution of consulting projects for financial institutions and corporate clients looking for investment opportunities
      • Complete primary and secondary research under the guidance of a team leader
      • Contribute ideas in research methodology and be resourceful
      • Work with high efficiency and ownership
      • Learn from peers in a team-based structure, refreshed for each project
      • Summarize research findings and draft deliverables under the guidance of a consulting manager
      • Participate in client calls and meetings, and deliver research findings
      • Prepare consulting project proposals

    Requirements:

      • Four-year university degree from a top university, both undergraduate and postgraduate, any major
      • Fresh graduate or entry-level candidates with work experience no longer than 3 years
      • Eagerness to learn about business and finance
      • Interested in investment research and analysis
      • Intellectual curiosity and an aptitude for critical thinking
      • Basic business sense, data sensitive, and strong analytical skills
      • Fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese
      • Willing to take on challenges under pressure, self-motivated
      • Teamwork ability and good interpersonal skills
      • Diligent and high sense of leadership
      • Proficient in Microsoft Office esp. Excel, PowerPoint

    How to apply:

    Description:

      • 3-4 months' onsite working in BDA office, at least 4 working days per week
      • Students in the third year of university or above
      • Deep involvement in each investment project working with BDA team
      • Interns with outstanding performance will earn an offer to return or fast track in campus recruiting

      • Entry-level part-time opportunities in investment consulting
      • 1-5 days' tasks, offsite or onsite, depending on the requirements of each consulting project
      • PTAs with outstanding comments are preferred in the future as interns or for full-time opportunities
